Meet Justine
I’m Justine Craigen, a Registered Massage Therapist since 2011. Most of my work is therapeutic: easing the pain, tension and stiffness that build up from everyday life, desk work and sport. I work with my hands, every session is planned around you, and the pressure is always yours to adjust.
The treatment room
A quiet, private room in my home, set up for one client at a time: warm light, plants, a comfortable table and fresh linens for every visit. There’s no waiting room and no hallway traffic, so you can arrive, settle in and switch off.
Your first visit
- Book online and choose 30, 60 or 90 minutes. You’ll get an intake form by email to fill in beforehand.
- Arrive at your appointment time and park in the driveway at 1490 Mission Ridge Drive.
- We start with a short chat about what’s going on, then the treatment is tailored to you. Pressure is always yours to adjust.
- Pay afterwards by e-Transfer or cash, and take your receipt for your extended health plan.

Are you accepting new clients?
Yes. New clients can book online directly, and you’ll receive an intake form by email to fill in before your first visit.
When are you open?
By appointment on weekdays during school hours: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and Tuesday and Friday 9:00 to 11:30 am. The clinic is closed on evenings, weekends and during school breaks.
Can I use my extended health benefits?
Most extended health plans include treatment by a Registered Massage Therapist, but limits, per-visit amounts and referral rules vary from plan to plan, so it’s worth checking yours. You pay at your appointment and submit the official receipt to your insurer.
Where do I park?
Park in the driveway at 1490 Mission Ridge Drive, Kelowna, BC V1W 3B1. There’s room for you, and it keeps things easy for the neighbours. Please arrive at your appointment time rather than early, as there’s no waiting room.
